This afternoon, the Union of Professional Educators attended a meeting regarding the widespread deployment of nurture teachers.

The meeting, held with Ministry officials, was conducted in a genial manner, and the union explained the impact such deployments had on its members.

The Ministry acknowledged the issue and promised to reassess the current situation, after which they will correspond with the union with proposals.
