The Union of Professional Educators (UPE) has been informed by its members that salary increases have not been implemented, and outstanding arrears have not yet been paid.
Educators are furious as the long-awaited increase is nowhere in sight.
We remind everyone that the Ministry of Education was quick to deduct a day’s salary when the strike occurred last year!
